Es un apartamento totalmente reformado a 100 metros de la playa. Muy cerca de los mejores restaurantes y el puerto de la Guardia con acceso a 2 minutos a supermercados y tiendas. Esta en la primera planta y se compone de 1 dormitorio con TV FHD - Smart Tv, baño con bañera y cocina totalmente equipada incluyendo lavavajillas, zona de café, salón con pequeño escritorio, sofá cama, calefacción y TV Smart Tv. Situado en una calle de escaleras con mucho encanto y ambiente muy agradable en la zona.

Apartamento totalmente renovado, 2 quartos (1 duplo e 1 twin) tectos falsos, soalho flutuante, estores elétricos, janelas com vidros duplos e rutura térmica, cozinha equipada com eletrodomésticos novos, WC com walking shower, primeira linha de mar e praia, 2º andar sem elevador. Adequado também para trabalho remoto. O apartamento está a dois minutos a pé da praia de Vila Praia de Âncora e igualmente perto de cafés, restaurantes e mercearias. A linha de comboio passa perto do edifício.

Ideal house for a peaceful holiday, with the sound of birdsong. You can get to the beach walking (10min) and to the city center, by taking the footbridges that cross the river. Minimarket 5 minutes walk. Nice walks guaranteed along the Ancora river, located a stone's throw from the house and the beach thanks to "Ecovia". Walking route in the Gelfa pine forest 500m away. Close to the Sereia da Gelfa complex, offering restaurants, swimming pool and tennis courts.
