Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Andaman Sea

A quiet location but not isolated. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. The house was very basic, but clean, tidy, and functional. I was training at Bangtao MMA - it was an easy 5 minute walk, which was a primary consideration for booking. Other restaurants and shopping are either walkable or a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Villa Market and Boat Avenue. I would happily stay again

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

We were staying for the night and it was a perfect place for us to stay for the time frame we had as the airport is 5 mins away and the beach, shops, markets and massage places are all within a 20 min walking distance. Easy instructions and clean place

No, everything – from the pool maintenance to the garden – is proudly done by the owners. The villa is modern, stylish and offers all the comforts: a lockable garage (with remote control!), a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with good TV, and powerful airconditioners that cool off quickly. But the real eye-catcher is the **lighted terrace by the private pool/tropical garden** – in the evening an enchanting place for a drink or swim. There are three bedrooms: (two en suite, one with bathroom around the corner, ideal for guests). The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Amazing place in the best location. So convenient with plenty of great places nearby along the beach. The service from the attached restaurant next door was so useful (there is even a service bell to ring and the staff are with you in seconds!). We used it a lot :) I was a little nervous about the noise from the restaurant as we had our 4 year old with us but it wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

It’s a cute and spacious two bedroom apartment! The location is a 14 minute walk to the beach and it’s close to restaurants and a convenience store! It may be a little hard to find since there’s a small sign at the entrance that says park Surin but other than that it’s a beautiful location!

I had a great time at the View Condo. The host was very responsive and was always able to give me conclusive answers. The apartment was superb, very nice.

Good place

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Thankyou😊

Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

A lovely stay at the apartment, about 1km from the beach which made a lovely scenic run in the morning and a quick bus to the supermarkets. We had such a lovely time. Will be back!

Great host, nice view and cool neighbours

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

Amazing silent place, in 10 min of drive from all the best places around. Perfectly clean, and cleaning every single day, including towels changing. Very friendly team. I would definitely come back

We spent 8 nights in the property and in the complex. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the possibility to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately, in the apartment as well as in the residential complex itself, many things are very busy and broken, but still functional and absolutely usable.

I had a great stay at this rental! The host was very responsive and always answered my messages quickly. The room had an amazing view, and everything was just as described on pictures —no surprises! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. Olivier also let me to check in earlier and check out later than usual. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this area.
