It is located in the upper part of the city, in an urban area, with access by illuminated street and distant only 5 minutes by walking from the center of the city. The interior spaces are large and well decorated, equipped kitchen, hammocks, bath linens and bed. They are two suites and one dormitory in the mezzanine. Quiet, safe place and easy access.

In the front yard, there is a charming vineyard, while in the side garden, there is an avocado tree.
