Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.
