“Robert is friendly and provides great tips (like breakfast at the Frontier nearby and how to use the bus line). He picked us up at the airport and showed us dining and transportation tips on way to house. Would definitely rent again if back in ABQ.”
My home was built in the early 1900’s during the heyday of the Albuquerque Railyards. When I bought it, it was partly burned, horribly added on to, and only a faint reminder of the history that it was surely steeped in. In an effort to hold onto that history I tore off 3 separate additions and brought the structure back to its original foundation. With 3 walls and part of the roof still intact we started the rebuilding process. A year later the home is now a modern take on that 1900’s home.
“Jacob and Chad's place is a beautiful home! Not only is it a lovely space with ample room for a couple and children or a group of about 4 adults, the kitchen is very tidy and modern with great facilities, the house is stylish and very energy efficient with great light. The back deck was wonderful for sitting in the sunshine while feeling private and cozy. Jacob and his brother Chad also helped me out of a bind by giving me a recommendation for vehicle service. I was very desperate to find a good mechanic and United Transmission quoted me half of the price they were asking for the same work at Pep Boys and at my dealership in Colorado. They helped me out of a bind, and I am very grateful! I hope their business doesn't suffer too much during this time. A MESSAGE to ALL: Keep your families safe and stay home to prevent the further spread of this virus. Our health care facilities are at risk of being in the position of choosing which patients get treated if the spread continues. Refer to Italy and Iran currently. We depend on the behaviors of the public in the coming weeks to deter this grim outcome nationwide. Stay home, stay safe and stay connected through your phones, internet, etc. Thanks again, Dr. Nora and Dr. Lily”

“When we arrived, I was able to get in touch with the host quickly through the app for help getting into the gated driveway. They were very kind the entire time leading up to and during our stay! There was cold, filtered water in the fridge. The TV in the living room had the Disney + app hooked up to it- a huge bonus for my children. The guest book, too, had ample information in it for food that benefited us significantly. The bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in it for guest use as well. There are helpful notes scattered throughout the casita for the guests. If there is anything one needs the hosts are in the home next door so they are easy to reach. We traveled here with our two kids (ages one and four). The bedroom was too small to fit our pack and play, but the living room had plenty of space for it. We just needed it for a night so we were able to split ourselves up between the two spaces. If we were to travel through the area again we would stay again.”
