This is our second stay in this condo. We love it. The hosts are excellent and the view is fantastic. Close to everything but still peaceful.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is excellent, and the apartment complex is top-notch with amazing amenities like a dog wash, gym, and dog park. Parking was super easy, and the complex staff and neighbors were incredibly friendly, which made our stay even better. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We also really appreciated the host offering us such a great deal on this brand-new listing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at one of Preston’s properties again in the future. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This farm stay was such a unique and peaceful experience. The property is beautiful and full of charm, but the highlight was definitely the animals! It felt like stepping into a slower, more grounded way of life. It was so fun (and relaxing) to be surrounded by nature and all the animals—truly therapeutic. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and made sure everything was comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to unplug and enjoy a slice of farm life.

Great condo, above what is expected. Very clean and I am picky. The resort is fabulous, my Son and grandson had a great time. Also took my sister-in-law who has Downs Syndrome. She had an amazing time. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond the call of duty.

This place was as advertised and more! No complaints at all. There were great views from the balcony, great location, and very spacious on the inside. This place has everything you need. Our family definitely would love to stay here again when we visit the area.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! My family and I were very satisfied with this property as soon as we opened the door. Kim and Chris are amazing hosts! We really enjoyed this home. We’re already planning a future trip to book with them again!

Samuel’s condo was perfect for our week long stay in Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare small meals. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of bath towels provided. The beds were very comfortable with nice, soft sheets. The view off the back balcony was of the mountains and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. If we ever return to the area we will definitely stay there again.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

We absolutely loved our stay at River Dreams. Hosts we're amazing and very responsive. The condo felt so comfy and relaxing. The balcony was so nice to have with beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again.

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

Ramzi was an outstanding host! When we noticed a few kitchen items were missing—like mixing bowls for pancakes and eggs—I reached out to him, and he responded right away. He ordered new bowls, and they arrived at our door the very next day. Ramzi was thoughtful and attentive, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely come back!

I come out here to work once a year. This is a great retreat at the end of the day. Close to everything but also far enough away to be peaceful. Lots of room we typically have 4-6 of us. Very comfortable.

We loved this little place! Close to the lake, little walk to the dock but nothing too bad! Place was clean, and organized! They were super helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We will be back again!! 10/10

Gorgeous, beautifully maintained home with incredible lake view, super clean, fun game room for kids, comfy beds, stocked kitchen essentials, and very responsive owners! We can’t wait to come back!

Great home for visiting family near by. Home was exactly as described and presented in photos. Host was friendly and responsive.

Susie has been an excellent host! Beautiful home, loved the outside kitchen w/ 2 grills, TV couch & blankets! Peaceful neighborhood, nice people, perfect for long walks. Cove park was beautiful w/ swings & volleyball sanded area as well. Cazzy’s was a nice quaint eatery host recommended w/ nice options. Susie will always answer any text or call within a short time frame w a very friendly response. Backyard is completely fenced in, so that’s a nice perk for anyone with dogs. Gourmet kitchen has been wonderful, we enjoyed making meals with 3 ovens & large 5 burner stove top range. Thank you!
