Holiday rentals with a patio in Andover

Thomas place is a great location for saddleback. only 15 minutes away, and restaurant that are walkable. The place itself is clean, well stock kitchen, and cozy.

Excellent last minute find for our family doing a late season ski trip to Mt. Abram. Clean, comfy beds, nicely laid out, lots of attention to detail for the needs of the guests. The only suggestions I would make are small, and likely they are coming as I believe the unit is new. Area rugs, particularly in the main space, would make the space feel much more homey. A sink in the kitchenette would be helpful (we noticed a hookup for this, so perhaps it's on it's way). Maybe one more seat in the living room so than two people could comfortably sit in there? Otherwise it was great, and we'd stay there again, with or without these changes!

Great place to stay everything you need in walking distance would stay again

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall ambiance of the apartment. This is an old building with uneven floors but I loved the feel of the place. Having an updated bathroom was great, especially the heated tile floors! The views of the river were great. I felt right at home.

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay!! The view out back was beautiful and we saw a moose one morning. Great quiet neighborhood and location. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. This was the perfect spot for a couples trip. Right next to all of the activities we had planned, close to Zebs as well as the outlets. I will be booking with them in the future. They were very friendly and the check in was easy.

We had a great weeklong stay with 2 young kids over February vacation. The condo was perfect - comfortable, well-appointed, close to the mountain, and plenty of space to relax and play. Allee is an excellent host - she was very responsive and reached out proactively with helpful information. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed one night at Erics’ AirBnb with my girlfriend. It was amazing. Everything was very clean and it was exactly what the photos showed. The jacuzzi and views were definitely a highlight. It was 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway which was really nice as well. Eric was very helpful and friendly, He responded to questions and comments very efficiently and was very caring. We had an amazing stay, I would 100% stay here again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!
