This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

I use this listing to fill gaps-mid week-when the larger listing isn't rented and PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST PEAK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAY more than two weeks in advance. Steps away from the villages best coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream, restaurants, breakfast spots, shopping, village square, scenic train station, ice skating, rec center, North Conway Country Club, and more. North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Our 3 bedroom home on a quiet side street is a seven minute walk to The Met, Zebbs, Horsefeathers, and all of the other wonderful shops and restaurants in North Conway Village. It is a 5 to 20 minute drive to the Cranmore Ski resort, the Settlers Green outlets, Story Land, the Saco River, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, and Black Cap Mountain. Enjoy!!
