It’s deep in the heart of rural Hampshire and the beautiful Test Valley. It is close to many other pretty villages and historic towns and cities including Winchester and Salisbury, and offers access to many other places of interest. You can walk straight out onto your own patio and relax in the pretty garden

Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream
Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.
