This is the ground floor of the villa, with a terrace with unlimited views of the Aegean Sea, on an 8-acre estate with olive groves, thyme and other plants, with traditional Cycladic architecture, fully furnished with antiques from Brussels and electrical appliances and especially away from the noise of the city, but within walking distance of the sea. You need a car to get around. The nearest organized beach is in Batsi, 5 km away, while there is a small beach within a 15-minute walk.
