The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Separate shower and toilet are also in the laundry room on the property.

Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.

Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
