Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-metre-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The apartment is peacefully located facing the park, but it is only a two-minute walk to Istedgade, Vega, Metro, Enghave Plads and the many beautiful opportunities in Vesterbro and in the City. 3 Bedrooms - one with a loft for children, the others with spacious double beds.

Enjoy a cozy bohemian experience at this centrally-located place. Only minutes walk from Enghave Plads with lots of cafes, restaurants, metro and nightlife. Tucked away, just next to a lush park. You won’t get any of the nightlife sounds during your stay, yet you are within walking distance from it all on Vesterbro. Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
