We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay, slightly away from the chaos of downtown but conveniently connected thanks to the mini-meter, whose stop is right next to the apartment

Stefano’s apartment in the center of Florence was the perfect apartment for my friends and I during our trip. The location is perfect for anyone who plans to walk around all day and have the perfect centered home for breaks in between. Stefano and Valerio had the best recommendations and made our stay feel right at home. I would stay here again and again on my next visits! Can’t recommend it enough

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

Marco’s apartment was awesome for our month stay in Florence! It was clean, spacious for a couple and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. The location is nice and quiet while having some great restaurants nearby and still just a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions of Florence.

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. A fantastic place in an excellent environment. The apartment can be described as stylish, pleasant, functional. The beds are comfortable, clean. The bathrooms and showers are fine. We could find also refreshments on arrival. The location is very favourable. You get everywhere by foot: railway station 20 min, Uffici 7 min, Dome 13 min. Some minor problems that can be easily fixed: the kitchen table had signs of intentional violence, the two irons we found were both broken, visibly damaged. We could also find only a few teaspoons. Internet was a bit slow. We were told to get instructions and more information via a QR-code. The code was not functioning nor the attached browser address. But there was also a physical folder with information that we found unfortunately only on the last day. As a conclusion: very recommendable.

Very walkable and convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. Fabulous rooftop patio. Helpful elevator, though small of course. Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here. Would recommend to others!

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Very central position, but still quiet and peaceful. All the main attractions closed by. A really clean and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
