Situated in the rural village of Patching in the South Downs National Park. 4 miles from the historic town of Arundel, with it's Medieval castle, 3 miles from the coast, and pretty seaside village Ferring. Perfect for walkers, cyclists and visitors keen to explore the stunning Sussex countryside. 2 country pubs are in walking distance. Lovely bluebell wood and fabulous walks on the South downs right on the doorstep. Short drive to Chichester, Worthing and 30 minutes from Brighton.

Cute and cosy cottage in the heart of Arundel.

Recently refurbished, The Old Pottery is a cosy and comfortable annexe in our garden. Just a 5 min walk from the town's main square and within the Southdowns National Park, this cute conversion is the perfect couples retreat. Please note that the property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs (10 steps) and that we no longer accept dogs. We also advise this is not suitable for small children just because Neil (our bull terrier) frequents the garden and is quite bouncy.
