Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.
