The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.
