Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

Ein romantisches Studio in einer kleiner Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe von Salzburg. Nur 25 min. mit dem Bus trennen dich von der Stadt. Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

Pretty Apartment in the most beautiful area of Salzburg, situated between the Castle Hellbrunn and the Oldtown of Salzburg. You live in the city, but you feel like on the countryside. The apartment offers a little terrace with a beautiful view to the Untersberg, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping room. Separated from the main house & extra entrance. Free parking (along the street) and 2 bikes are included!

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unser Gästeapartment liegt im ersten Stock eines Altstadthauses im Herzen von Hallein und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe‘s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Welcometothefortress- enjoy the view to the fortress Hohensalzburg - chill outside on the balcony and relax. The apartment is situated in a quiet area at Salzburg Nonntal. Within a 15 min walk you can reach the city center or you take the bus. Busstation is 5 min from the apartment.
