Holiday rentals with beach access in Anini Beach

We had an incredible stay at To-Ha’s place. We traveled as a family with 2 small children and we had everything we need to be more than comfortable. The location is absolutely unbeatable in our opinion, the condo resort amenities and proximity to the Grand Hyatt was so convenient. It felt like we were just staying in a more quiet, peaceful part of the hotel. To-Ha was a wonderful host. We can’t say enough good things — Highly highly recommend staying at Poipu Dream! Mahalo To-Ha!

Excellent location on the South shore of Kauai with close proximity to Poipu beach. The unit was very clean and had all listed amenities, we particularly liked the "Aloha" surfboards and the record player with Hawaiian music. Also had boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and umbrellas which were very helpful. Amenities also include access to a pool and waterslide and access to beach towels. We appreciated the air conditioning, which some other units do not have. Easy to check in and out.

We loved our stay! Super cute interior and felt like a hotel. Great location to explore the island and relax. Loved having a washer & dryer available! We appreciated the access to beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely grounds. Easy to feel At home. Matt ( on site manager) went out of his way to make us feel at home, even brought us games to play with grandkids on a rainy day. Centrally located, coffee, fruit, and granola to get started. Washing on premises. We were not looking for a resort ( pools, restaurant on premise) this was able to feel like home, grill and eat outside.

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

This place was a 12566/10 ! Could not recommend more! It went above and beyond our expectations! Classic second level beach front Hawaiian bungalow with beautiful exposed beams and stellar views of humpback whales breaching on the horizon ! Beautiful sunsets and full moon rises every night ! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel right at home catering to our every need! This spot is for guests that want to have the true local experience ! The location is very accessible to a lot of local spots and was still very secluded and relaxing, will definitely be coming back 100000%

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Beata’s home in Princeville! Beautiful location, quiet, and we especially loved their peaceful backyard and hearing all the birdies in the morning. Adam and Beata were communicative and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay while you’re taking in all the beauty of Kaua’i!

Micheal and Sue were great hosts!! The place was very clean and ready when we arrived. They even had nice touches with snacks and drinks when we go there. Was great having such close access to the beaches and mountains from here. Loved that they provided beach gear for us, made going down and doing some snorkeling an easy process. Would definitely recommend this place and Michel and Sue!

Devaki’s place is perfect for a laid back stay in Hanalei. It is less than a block to the beach and yet it’s private. It is larger than the photos would lead you to believe. She has everything you could possibly need to live like a local. Great view of the mountains and surrounded by a pretty garden. We will definitely be back!

Brandon was very flexible allowing us to stage our luggage before checking. He was very responsive in both Airbnb messages and phone. The place is very clean and provides everything a family needs. Unfortunately, the pool is fairly far like most places not in the resorts it’s a shared community pool. Other than that place is fantastic and highly recommend!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The kitchen and living room are updated, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views out the sliding door and windows are great! You can see the ocean from the dinning area and the grass and tropical plants are beautiful too. The bedroom carpet could use an update (stained) and the AC was great to have but is loud. Like previous renters have commented, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, one night at 3:30am! But overall, it was a great stay for the week and we really appreciated Melissa’s restaurant & hiking recommendations. We loved both Ama and BarAcuda! Also, we made a reservation for Ha’ena State Park 30 days ahead like she suggested which we definitely needed to do to get spots on the shuttle bus to Ke’e beach and the Kalalau trail. Mahalo!🌴

Franky's place is in a spectacular location and offers easy access to Poipu Beach and other nearby beaches. I have stayed here twice and loved it. Franky provides everything you could possibly need to feel at home, from kitchen equipment and pantry essentials to beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, games in the closet... just everything! He is also extremely accommodating and responsive, as is Lauren the property manager. I will continue to book with Franky every time I visit Kauai.

My friends and I really like this place. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the view from the room is the ocean But I just forgot to check that this room does not have air conditioning. When I went, it was rainy and hot and humid, but if you open the window, the wind will come into this room, but I closed the window because it might be from the rain, but overall it is good and near Safeway, restaurants, just across the street.

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

Alison's place was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We just wish we had booked more time there.

We had a great stay in Kapa’a. The location was right on the beach, had great views of the ocean and the restaurant next door, Oasis on the Beach was wonderful! It was pretty rainy and windy during most of our stay, but it made for peaceful, rainy soundscapes in the evening. The hosts had excellent communication when we had an issue. When we arrived the sheets on both beds had sand in them, and they gave multiple avenues for accommodating us (either have it fully cleaned again, or run them through the wash on site). We were also partially refunded for the inconvenience. We were also given the opportunity to check out late, which was great for planning. Ultimately, Lisa and team were excellent hosts and we loved our stay!

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!
