Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

We’re based at the ‘end of the world’, at the foot of the imposing Bischofsmütze, and rent out our newly built flat on the top floor. The view takes in the forests and the Gosaukamm. Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. In winter, ski tourers and snowshoe walkers save themselves the journey, as wonderful tours start right on our doorstep.Dachstein West ski region is 5 km away by car

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Uriges Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Ob zu zweit , mit Familie oder mit Freunden - unser Häuschen ist für Selbstversorger bestens ausgestattet. Die Langlaufloipe geht direkt hinterm Garten los und der Ski-Lift ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort genießt man das Skigebiet Dachstein-West-Gosau. Zur absoluten Ruhe kommt man beim Schwitzen in der Faßlsauna. Der Gosaukamm als Kulisse tut sein Übriges. Im Haus sind zwei Kamine, die die gemütliche Atmosphäre noch unterstreichen.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Die Unterkunft liegt in unverbauter Natur, direkt am Waldrand bzw. Fischbach. Die geräumige Unterkunft mit ca. 120 m2 befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit separatem Hauseingang. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
