This family home is within two miles of the medieval village of Carlingford and the home of some of the finest restaurants and bars on the North East coast. Enjoy the excellent quality food and service with the famous locally grown Carlingford oysters washed down with locally brewed beers. Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. It is extremely well appointed with full open plan kitchen, dining room, sun room , utility room and three bedrooms. Littles Cottage is located at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. The mountains are at the back and the sea at the front. The private house in set in its own gardens, with gated entrance. There is a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, 3 bedroom. One bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is a smart TV with wifi. Littes is located less than 1/2 km from the beach with a walkway. 1km from the Blue Lough, Slieve Binnian, and Slieve Donard & 10minutes from Newcastle.
