Waterfront holiday rentals in Anseong-si

The place was very tidy and felt comfortable to feel at home.

Spacious room with full items, plenty of hot water, good location, subway station 5 minutes away, convenience store downstairs, shopping mall and snack street near subway station.The outside temperature may be low when you come, the floor is a little cool in the house, the windows are a little windy, and the outside wind is a little cold when it rains.

Loved the room layout. Perfect location, well-communicated host and very comfortable :). Would definitely come back.

There was a lake park, so it was nice to take a walk, and it was beautiful to see the sky in the morning!

Was surprised to be welcome by a nice scent when I first enter the apartment and the apartment looks exactly like the photos. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe around the neighbourhood. H.S was responsive to my enquiries and overall it is a great stay at the apartment. =)

It feels like a hometown, a private and time-free barbecue, the coziness of the accommodation, the kindness of the owner, and the owner's dog. Everything was perfect and nice place to stay. It's so popular that I don't know if I'll be able to go again next time, but it was a place I definitely want to visit again.

It was an accommodation full of inverted charm!! A nice view of the Namhan River right in front of you and an indoor facility where you can camp cozyly.. Lying in a hammock, a real rest began.

Overall, I can feel that the listing is of high quality and well-maintained. It was nice to rest, not a hustle and bustle. The description was also sent in detail in advance, so I used it without any difficulties. The night view of Sapgyoho Amusement Park from near the accommodation is cool. I was worried that the driveway to enter the accommodation was a little narrow, but I was lucky that the car didn't come out from the opposite side because it was a weekday trip. Parking is very spacious and easy.

It was good value for the price. It's close to Jamsil Station, and it's right near the real subway station. It was easy to get anywhere. However, there was a side that was not soundproofed a bit. Other than that, everything was fine. The host is also kind!!

It was an accommodation where the host's attentiveness stood out. It was so clean and had everything I needed. The bedding was also very comfortable and clean. The parking space is spacious, and I had a really relaxing stay without lacking anything!

I spent several months in this accommodation, and despite the lack of an outside window I had no problems. The host was always able to react very quickly whatever the situation. The location, very close to the metro, is ideal and makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay!

The interior of the accommodation is clean and the location is good! If you walk a little, there are many cafes and restaurants, and there are convenience stores of various kinds. One downside is that the window is not a double window, so it can be a little cold! But the heating worked well, so I didn't feel cold. ~ I had a good time!

Nice apartment, responsive host, responds quickly, allowed us to check in early for 3 hours. Recommended.

Sunhee is a wonderful host! I arrived late in the evening and got a bit turned around as I had been awake for 24+ hours, but Sunhee was immediately responsive and told me exactly where to go and made sure I entered the unit fine. The unit is quiet with plenty of room, and the area is walkable. It is located inside the CGV Sanghyeon cinema building, and Sanghyeon station exit 3 is a few steps away from the building. The next time I am in the area for work, I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

Overall, it was good except for the washing machine.
