Take a quiet stroll through Yangdong Village, which shows a different look in each season, experience a thatched-roof house comfortably in a cleanly repaired thatched-roof house, and sit in a yard with a good view to empty your complicated mind. The main house has two rooms and an indoor kitchen with an island, so you can cook and enjoy together, or you can drink tea or drink lightly in a quiet thatched house. There is also a warm gudeulbang, so you can experience the gudeulbang. The lower house has a room and an indoor bathroom. The upper and lower houses are separated, so it is good to stay with friends. There is a bench in the yard. Barbecue is also available if you wish. My accommodation is where we lived for a long time, and recently, I, the owner, worked for a year and a half and renovated it by myself without going through a contractor. Our accommodation is located in the center of Gyeongju, in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, which is crowded with tourists all year round, and is in front of the Science and Invention Center and behind Hwangnamgwan.The building is about 45 pyeong and the land is about 100 pyeong. There are 2 parking spaces, but you can use the attached paid parking lot, so you can park a lot. We offer a variety of amenities indoors and outdoors. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in Hwangnidan-gil, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and bars nearby.

El Hanok Stay
El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
