Şiir Ev Neruda (Panaromic Kekova view Stone House)

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

Hadrianus Gate is 100 me. from the house located. The house is located in Kaleici on a few minutes from tram and busstops, situated on Ata Turk Cadessi, Mermerli beach is on 10 min,.walking . The apartment with 3 bedrooms-dinning room-lounge-kitchen-bathroom- terrace are located on the first floor. The bedrooms-lounge and dinningroom and kitchen have a airconditioning for both: cooling and heating. Downstairs there is a place for a bbq. The washing machine can be used free of charge

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
