The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

Our wooden house is located in a big private garden. It offers privacy and uninterrupted views of the beautiful surroundings. The self-catering accomodation. The house is open-plan living area with a single bed, an eating area and kitchenette, with a separate bedroom a double bed and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, bedding and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of nature and the river flowing beside you. Have a nice time :)

The broken minaret is only at 50 me. of the house. Mermerli beach is on 5 min. walking distance. The own sun roof terrace is very exceptional in the old town with mountain view. Also you have on the 2nd floor a third bedroom, On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with washing machine, free of charge. On the ground floor there is the sitting room. dinning room and kitchen with a terrace. Airconditioning is in the 3 bedrooms, salon dinning room and kitchen.

The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is charged. Provided that it is returned after being checked.
