Beautiful accommodation …. We were visiting some out of province family and enjoyed having our own spot… really enjoyed the easy beach access and the large walking beach …. Summertime would be exceptional to enjoy here … Shelley and Tommy were a text/phone call away … super host and so friendly…. The cabin interior was immaculate and so cozy…. The cottage was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view of Antigonish Harbour was beautiful and it is very close to the town of Antigonish where you can find all the amenities you need.

the house was wonderful. the host was responsive and accommodating the area was beautiful one suggestion would be to get the dishwasher serviced as it did not clean the dishes and some of those were not clean in the cupboard. also, no toaster available. I would definitely return but in the summer in order to take advantage of all of the area.

This is an outstanding location. It was quiet and had incredible views.

My daughter and I came to Antigonish, for two nights, to visit StFX. We were unsure of where to stay. After reading through other's reviews of Kathryn's and Johns spot, we booked. And I am so happy we did! I have stayed in many Airbnbs and I don't think I have ever been in one that was as thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed as theirs. It was just perfect! Clean, cozy, and warm. It was a little bit out of the town centre, but Kathryn and John had coffee and tea available for us, and milk and cream in the fridge! A carefully stocked kitchen to make making small meals easy. A well lit washroom with extras of all the basics. They made our stay so pleasant! The spot is right on Antagonish harbor with beautiful late afternoon sun and sunset views. And a 30 minute walk to beautiful secluded beaches. If you are coming to Antigonish, I don't think you'll find a better spot. We hope to be back!

The Main View was a great stay for us and our friends. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home! It is conveniently located in the town, while still having a fantastic view over the water, both from indoors, and out on the patio/firepit. We were fortunate to have sunny days to sit out and relax. We'd certainly consider going back sometime.
