The Air BnB was very lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. Good location to get to any parts of the island. Albert was quick to respond and gave good local recommendations. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant host.

Our family of 4 (teen and tween) loved this place! Our second time to Rincon, and we will definitely be back to stay here. Clean, nice, the right size for us, and had everything we needed. Easy walking to Black Eagle Beach/Marina, and Tres Palmas/Steps Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and washer/dryer were a huge plus for us. The pool/patio area is so quiet and peaceful -- loved going to the beach to surf and snorkel and then coming back for a pool swim. The pool is shady in the mid-late afternoon, which we also appreciated. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the solar power and Tesla batteries. PR electricity has been spotty since Hurricane Maria, and there was a whole-island, 2-day blackout while we were there (the second in 5 months). With the solar power at this place, we almost didn't notice. Allison was proactive in keeping us informed about the power situation. Thanks for everything, Allison!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views. We would stay at any of Ignacio’s properties. He waa extremely helpful through the whole process .

This place looks exactly like the photos. You will have your own private courtyard plus access to a private pool & a private entrance. Pool area is beautiful, huge palm trees like a resort. Inside looks exactlyy like the photos. Hosts are super nice and friendly, they had free snacks and waters for us. My boyfriend and I loved this place and felt at home. We were sad to leave!

I made a late reservation for this place. They could have easily cancel the reservation, instead, they communicated with me to allow them some time to clean the place. Once the were done cleaning the inform me that I could check in and if needed I were allowed to check out later if needed. The place was spotless and very comfy. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay in Turks and Caicos. The accommodation was well located, very clean, with all amenities, including beach items that we used a lot during our stay. The fairness to have a car ready for our airbnb at check-in was a plus. We were able to explore the island independently. Anyway, I would go back to this airbnb without hesitation. Thank you Danielle for your welcome and availability, you have greatly contributed to the success of this trip.

This is a great place to stay. You have a great little beach. The apartment was very clean. We especially liked the deck facing the ocean. That is where we spent most of our time. It is really close to great places to eat. We would stay here again.

Very grateful to Michael!, he was a great host and always responded in time when I had some inquiry!, the place is the same as in the photos and even a little better than I thought, the air conditioner is essential to be able to be comfortable in Cancun and worked perfect that detail, Michael received me and gave me the instructions and places to go to and that helped me a lot, quiet place but you have to keep in mind that to get to the hotel area you always need uber or transportation, it's not very close.

Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

Everything is very good, you can feel the peace that you don't find elsewhere. And as a host, he takes tips. It was a good choice.

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Apartment one of my favourites and I’ve travelled a lot! Clean, homely love the garden. Also very reactive if there is any issues. Location is amazing exactly where we wanted with everything being 5-10 mins walk that we could need. Will come back!

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

The place is the same as the description and photos. Super clean, easy access. The location is perfect. When I need to communicate I received a response immediately, very kind. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it 100%.
