The place was very comfortable and quiet to rest, it was surrounded by fruit trees, the host is very friendly I help us with everything we asked. Very cozy. !Highly recommended!

The cabin is the same as in the pictures. It is very cozy, with a great view and well equipped. Everything works very well - kitchen, showers, internet, heating, bbq, etc. It has the great help of Edwin who helped us find the house, at check-in and prepare everything for the fire. I recommend wearing a sleeping mask as at 6am a lot of light comes into the cabin.

We enjoyed our stay at Ushaloma. It was an incredibly sight! We planned to stay there a night and then go on an early hike but then cancelled the hike in order to enjoy the view. We highly recommend the place. We also recommend that you bring the food you want for the night and breakfast there because once you are there, you’re going to want to stay and enjoy the view and not go back down till the next day. Absolutely stunning house and view. Friendly people who showed us everything we needed to know. One helpful hint: Google maps will direct you through a muddy road that is impossible to get up. Make sure you are taking Via a Lagunas Mojanda because it is paved. We took this road up without a 4x4 and no problem. Steep but manageable.

A very nice place on the way to the Mojanda lagoons. It had a spectacular view and the cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our fireplace for the cold it was at night.

It is totally as they are in the images even more beautiful. It has a kitchen with all the necessary implements, a beautiful spacious room, the aboard excellent lighting by sunlight and some windows that help you appreciate nature , a beautiful terrace and the appropriate bathroom for your use , there is green aria to make a campfire is a beautiful private place to relax .

The hosts were very kind and responsive. The cabin was very nice and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend.

I had an amazing stay at Katty and Lionel’s rural property! The cozy cabana was perfect, with breathtaking views and all the comforts of home. The fresh fruit, yogurt, garden veggies and eggs provided were a great touch. Katty and Lionel’s warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even better—they were always helpful and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet fairly convenient, with easy access to a nearby bus that connects to Otavalo, Cotacachi, and Ibarra. Whether you’re looking to explore or relax, this property is ideal. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
