We loved our stay! It's such a unique & incredible experience to wake up to such breathtaking views and look out across the Andes. The bedroom in this cabin feels so luxurious and there is so much care and thought put into the comfy bed, linens, the kitchenware and all the finishing touches. A really special, nourishing and rejuvenating experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Ushaloma. It was an incredibly sight! We planned to stay there a night and then go on an early hike but then cancelled the hike in order to enjoy the view. We highly recommend the place. We also recommend that you bring the food you want for the night and breakfast there because once you are there, you’re going to want to stay and enjoy the view and not go back down till the next day. Absolutely stunning house and view. Friendly people who showed us everything we needed to know. One helpful hint: Google maps will direct you through a muddy road that is impossible to get up. Make sure you are taking Via a Lagunas Mojanda because it is paved. We took this road up without a 4x4 and no problem. Steep but manageable.

The site is perfect for a getaway from the city. The proximity to the Imbabura and nature around you let you relax in this quiet and cozy cabin. Highly recommended! Katty and Lionel are great hosts! Generous and attentive people (without being intrusive). They left several things for breakfast and shared vegetables from the orchard, which looked like a detail. On the list for places to come back :)

The cabin is the same as in the pictures. It is very cozy, with a great view and well equipped. Everything works very well - kitchen, showers, internet, heating, bbq, etc. It has the great help of Edwin who helped us find the house, at check-in and prepare everything for the fire. I recommend wearing a sleeping mask as at 6am a lot of light comes into the cabin.

Everything was excellent, the cabin was very nice, clean and surrounded by nature. It is worth mentioning that it does not have a kitchen but sra can cook varied dishes. They also have hiking trails (water boots might be needed). It's quite far from everything. It was a pleasant experience, the hosts were very attentive.

We had a very nice time with my family, the house is in the faults of the Imbabura, it is surrounded by nature with a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding landscapes. Don Patricio was very nice to us and was attentive to any questions, he also provided firewood for the fire throughout the stay. Perfect place to rest and get away.

It is totally as they are in the images even more beautiful. It has a kitchen with all the necessary implements, a beautiful spacious room, the aboard excellent lighting by sunlight and some windows that help you appreciate nature , a beautiful terrace and the appropriate bathroom for your use , there is green aria to make a campfire is a beautiful private place to relax .
