The cottage has an enclosed terrace to the rear of the property with lovely rural views and a covered seating area with fire pit & bbq to the front with super views and private parking .

Built in 1791 as a working Watermill our cottage is uniquely located on the Ballylinney River, just off the Larne Line route to the Giants Causeway. Our home serves as a gateway to the Co Antrim Coast Road and the world-famous Causeway Coastal Route, which is home to the Giant's Causeway.

Blackshaws Studio This painting studio nestled away in rural County Antrim with beautiful views of Lough Neagh, inspired many a painting created by the late Irish artist Basil Blackshaw.
