Gîte in Burgundy between 80 and 150 euros per night. 1 spa 1 swimming pool (both private, swimming pool from April until the end of October) heated and covered! Equipped kitchen. No neighbors, come and spend a relaxing time in our cottage in the countryside. Possibility of accommodating more than 4 people (if family with 3 children). Close to shops 15 min by car!! And 5 minutes from a grocery store with bread and pastries!! Restaurant. Lots of walks nearby. The property must be returned in a clean state.

Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
