Our family had an unforgettable stay. It was like stepping into a fantasy movie! The kids were obsessed with the pool and water slide, and every part of the house felt like a new adventure: treehouse office, koi pond under glass, and of course... the giant Shrek guarding the castle pavilion! The space is beautifully designed, clean, and fully equipped with everything from kitchen gear to gym equipment and fun extras like bikes, pool table, and a punching bag. The beach is just a 3-minute drive away, very peaceful, lush, and absolutely beautiful. The only small challenge we had was finding some of the light switches & the fuse box when the AC tripped once—just a little tricky at first but easy to learn! Noi was an amazing host too! The house's caretaker also lives nearby & came over a few times when we needed to find a few things. She was thoughtful, helpful, and always quick to respond. If you're traveling with kids, this place is pure magic. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer schnell, äußerst hilfsbereit und engagiert. Er hat stets versucht, bei allem zu helfen und alles bestmöglich zu organisieren. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der tolle Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Detail, das wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Allerdings wurde dies durch die fantastische Hausdame mehr als wettgemacht: Sie hielt das Haus täglich blitzsauber und verwöhnte uns zudem mit ihren großartigen Kochkünsten (da sich die Koch-Küche außerhalb des Hauses befindet), – wirklich ein Highlight! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ruhig, keine Touristen (wenn dann nur einer einheimische Touristen) und trotzdem alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Insgesamt war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben, top – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The house is very family friendly, close to the beach and the community is quiet. The resort staff are warm and kind.

The place was spacious and feel like home. The staff were very friendly, flexible and lovely. We booked for 8 days and love it very minute. We wish we could stay longer! We will come back to SRY next year and stay here again.

This place is the most suitable for our big family gathering time. It's peaceful while still convenient to go to both Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravinan's villa. Ravinan is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. She was very helpful, fast and responsive. I arrived late and she provided a variety of snacks and water. It's a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and recreation. The garden is like an oasis, very lush, with many different exotic plants and trees, a true little tropical paradise. The pool is immaculate, beautiful, clean, very long, and has a nice depth, perfect for cooling off. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the first floor is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. There are many interesting things to see in the area, I would recommend a scooter. Ravinan, thank you again for everything 🙏🤗

Schöne Villa in einem Resort mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und vielen Dienstleistungen (Restaurant, kleiner Shop, Massage etc., Reinigungs- und Wäscheservice, Taxi, Ausflüge). Weitläufige Swimmingpools, die wir ausgiebig nutzten, da das Resort nicht am Meer liegt. Leider leiht das Resort keine Fahrräder mehr aus, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Motorrad oder Auto ist notwendig, weil das Resort etwas abgelegen liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Jack war ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Unser Langzeitaufenthalt war toll und wir haben gleich wieder gebucht.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).
