The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Lis was incredibly helpful and a wonderful host. She was accommodating in every way. We had to cut our visit short but we are looking forward to staying at her property again in the future.

I have stayed in two of Paolo’s places. Both times he was very friendly and responsive. I will always give him preference when I need to go to Goiânia based of how well I’ve been treated.

The location is excellent, with a quiet environment and a problem-free entrance to the building. The space was very clean. The owner of the apartment provided explanations and made herself available in case we needed anything.

Ragily excellent person, easy to communicate, objective person, flexible, responds quickly, affordable, we feel at home, wonderful accommodation, fit have everything we needed, the surroundings have dinner, bakery, pamonaria, everything very tasty and great prices.

We stayed for 11 days in Marcella's apartment, and honestly, we would stay much longer if we could! We felt completely at home. From the beginning, Marcella was super attentive, always communicating clearly and quickly. She was also very understanding about our early check-in and check-out later on account of a family situation — which was very important to us. About the apartment, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: spacious, clean, with new kitchen and living room and decorated with very good taste. The location is also excellent, with fitness, restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes walk away. If I had to mention something, it would just be that one of the rooms has no air conditioning. For me it was not a big problem as I slept with the door open, but during the day it can get a little hot. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
