We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and setup for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great nature/view setting, with lots of yard space for games and a campfire. We have room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. A nice large front deck overlooking a great view of the neighbor's pond and the great outdoors.

The Largest square in Iowa is located 1 mile from the house. Lots of beautiful shops. Movie theater, Bowling alley, museum, eateries, Tangleberries(cafe), grocery stores, Wal-mart, Pub/bars & etc Kid friendly as well, play structure within 2 blocks, Basketball courts, soccer fields, tracks and beautiful trails to explore & etc. Adventure Awaits!!!😊

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful location on Rathbun Lake! Sweetwoods is 5 minutes away from Honey Creek State Park. There are tons of wildlife in the park in addition to picnic areas and boat ramps. If you're looking to get on the water, boats can be rented from Rathbun Lake Marina or Honey Creek Resort. Our favorite place to grab a drink or dinner is BK's Boathouse (5 minutes from Sweetwoods). Mexican Affair is also close by if you need to order food for pickup!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Fully updated in 2024, this mid-Century Modern home with farmhouse and Spanish flair is all about Location! Directly across the street from the City Park, Pool and the YMCA. 10 miles to Rathbun Lake, you are minutes from boating, fishing or just relaxing on the water. This property is located near two excellent golf courses and is in the center of some of the best deer and turkey hunting in the Midwest.
