Holiday rentals in Appenzell Ausserrhoden

The house was as in the photos, beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The whole house is very nicely renovated and furnished. Unfortunately, the dishes and cutlery were dirty upon our arrival and the 2 frying pans were so scratched that we could no longer use them. The written contact with Johannes was friendly and proactive. The location of the house is great. You can quickly reach Appenzell by car and walk to the cable car that leads to the high box.

Vreni welcomed us warmly, the accommodation is practical, cozy and invites you to linger.

We have already been for the 2nd time in this wonderful place and enjoyed the 5 days very much. Here we feel very much at home and everything you need is available. The place is very clean, quietly located, cozily furnished, everything is available and Marlis is a super host! What more could you ask for? We'll be back for sure! Being able to experience the old New Year's Eve (Chlausen) in Urnäsch was an absolute highlight and very impressive. You can also take great, beautiful hikes in the area. We had the best stay in Appenzell in this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect place to relax. The sauna was a great way to recover after a day of hiking and we woke up each morning, excited to have coffee while looking at the mountains. Thank you so much for sharing this little slice of paradise!

This apartment is ideally suited for relaxing vacations. I immediately felt very comfortable in this homely, bright, cozy attic apartment. Everything was there that I need. You can walk to the train station, the bakery and the grocery store on the way. Everything is exactly as described.

Dear Mägi, We felt right at home! The place was clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail! Also the garden Ludt to grill, linger or play in! Our son really enjoyed the animals ! The view is really indescribably beautiful! Of course, we also had the perfect weather to make Toggenburg unsafe! We will be happy to come back!

There were two of us in the beautiful part of Wendy and Sven's house. Wendy welcomed us and showed us the charming apartment in her Appenzell house. In the spacious kitchen we were able to cater perfectly, the fridge is large and there is plenty of dishes available. Great that there is also a dishwasher! Tabs, detergent, sponge, enough kitchen towels, everything available. Also plenty of towels and toilet paper. We didn't miss anything. We took beautiful hikes and had good food in neighboring Heiden. We also visited the Henry Dunant Museum in Heiden - very interesting! In the cozy living room, we were able to relax well and review our experiences. The ceilings and door frames are low because it is an old, very pretty, renovated Appenzell house, you have to be a little careful. We're looking forward to our next visit with Wendy and Sven!
