We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

You are only a 3-minute walk from the old town, many sights and the Appenzell train station. The studio has an open living and sleeping area with a pull-out 160 cm wide bed. Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
