Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

Our cosy, modern 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage, is just off the High Street in Grantown on Spey. Private off-street parking and private garden. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs, a shower room/toilet and a living room with a large, comfortable corner sofa and TV with Freeview channels. There is also a lovely electric fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two single beds. On the landing, there is an office desk and chair.

Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.
