The immobile is located in a private street, completely away from city traffic and is ideal for 2 families.The villa consists of two separate structures:Il Trullo: a queen room and a room with loft bed, bathroom and kitchen / dining room and Remesa:a queen room and one always with loft bed, bathroom and living room with a large porch with wooden roof,2 Covered parking,green areas,outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The property consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) overlooking a veranda with gazebo, a living room with sofa bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Each room has a TV.
