The Residential is divided into 4 apartments, and you'll have an apartment with a private entrance, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue area on the balcony, a kitchen with all the utensils, Wi-Fi, a furnished space, eight security cameras and a monitored alarm. Parking space for one car in a closed garage with a gate. We do not rent for parties. We have 2 kayaks, beach chairs and buoys.

With a quiet neighborhood, 170 meters from the bakery and 600 meters from the supermarket, the neighborhood has other beaches, such as the famous Caixadaço beach, which has floating bars, and Estaleiro beach.
