It is an 83m2 apartment in the old town, 5 minutes walk from Cell Isilla, full of shops, wineries, restaurants, wine shops and pastry shops. You can visit: Church of Santa María la Real, 2 min walk away. River Duero 200m away Tip for a day trip: Burgos is 1 hour away by car. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.

The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the closest of the street on which it is located.
