Simple farmhouse on the edge of the Jurumirim dam with private beach in the best location in the region! There are 8,000 m2 of land, a house with a complete barbecue, a living room with a Smart TV, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10MB Wi-Fi signal, an orchard with fruit trees, a large lawn, a private pier, and a boat ramp. We left 2 kayaks with life jackets to navigate the clean waters of the dam. Reception by the caretaker on site. Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples. A true paradise in São Paulo!
