This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! GREAT PLACE DOWNTOWN ON EAST WHITE AVENUE!!! HEAD TOWARD THE BEACH FROM THE ICE CREAM SHOP! Whole one story 2/2 bath and huge 1/1 studio. Large lot with great party patio -Private parking for 6 cars or truck with big boat trailers. Downtown and walking distance to Beach and Station and all marina restaurants. -Very secure part of the island!
