Our 5mil m² plot of land has a mangrove preservation area on the edge of the Lagoa da Cruz, with access to it inside our property. Right after the lagoon, is the sea! We have sup's for guests to cross and enjoy the beach "without leaving home"!

The whole property equipped: dishwasher, brewery, duplex fridge, electric oven, gourmet island with induction stove, all the necessary cooking utensils. Chácara Quintino

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, with a totally private space for the guest! With a total area of 7,500 square meters, with a 42,000-liter swimming pool, kiosk, lake, wood stove, barbecue, chicken coop, orchard, all fenced with a three-bedroom house, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, internet, electronic gate, playground and party area. The Piraí River passes through the back of the property. Note: The lake in front is under renovation.

Quiet site under construction to better serve you. Next to beaches in the midst of nature, for you and your family to enjoy a cozy sunset as they heat up on a lakefront campfire. We have a small pantry space with basic utensils ( glasses, plates, cutlery and filter) we do not have appliances available. With sofa at the bottom and beds at the top. Children's are welcome, but we still don't have a space dedicated to them.
