Possibility of a parking space but you must make a request. A stone's throw from the city centre, this apartment is suitable for both families and business trips. The Tram T2 station "Les Fauvelles" is a 9-minute walk away and allows you to reach the Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes and the Champs Elysées in 30 minutes.

Tranquil and intimate appartement in one of Paris’ liveliest neighbourhoods. The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)
