The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 160 cm, ett loft med en 140 cm säng och ytterligare ett loft med en 160 säng (ej ståhöjd i något av loften och lite speciell stege/trappa till loften) Lakan och handdukar ingår. Parkering finns på Saltholmen för en bil. För dej som vill njuta av en underbar miljö.

Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd. Hyr ej ut till gymnasieelever.
