We felt very well attended to x Edgar, who in this case was the person responsible for the house. She was very friendly and left everything perfectly tidy, clean and with directions for routes and walks. The house is a charm...and the fireplace heats a thousand wonders! HIGHLY recommended!!

The property is a great base for hiking in the National Park, walking along the river and exploring the local area which is so full of history and beauty. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the traffic going in and out of the town. The property is very spacious and great for a relaxing stay. Would recommend.

We stayed only one night and we were well received. The landlord was careful to call us confirming the reservation and D. Isabel who received us was very friendly. Great to rest!

Beautiful house in a wooded, hilly and peaceful environment. The house was very clean when we arrived, the pool was perfect. The hosts are welcoming and available.

Beautiful old stone house in a quiet surrounding, stays cool in the summer heat. Was equipped with everything we needed. There is a washing machine although the description at airbnb says there is none. Pool is great! Good location to discover the Peneda Geres national park but also not too far away from the beaches. We stayed there with two kids aged 4 and 1, however, probably not the best option for very small kids (unsecured stairs, power outlets, banisters have huge spaces). While this is not the fault of the owner and owed to the fact that the house is historic, I am just leaving this comment for other families. If the kids are not too small I would totally recommend this house!

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in Ralf's place. It's a wonderful house in a unique setting!! We had the bad luck that during all our days it rained a lot but thanks to the comforts of the house we were able to spend it fantastically and enjoy each space. But the best part was certainly not the house, nor was the environment Ana and Ralf who were aware of us at all times. Thank you for that💖💖

Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful gardens, pool and house. Marcus is a very good host, and looked after us so well - bringing us little gifts like fresh orange juice just made the experience so much better. One of our children really wanted to keep a huge lemon he’d found in the garden but we told him he would have to ask. Instead of just saying no, or yes, Marcus said “sure, but why don’t we make some lemonade together!”. Just so thoughtful and kind. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of attention to detail. Pool is very large and everything is perfectly clean. Marcus and Rick really did go out of their way to ensure our stay was successful without ever being intrusive, so please don’t hesitate to book!

Being at Casa Letrigo was a simply unforgettable experience! Do you know those Monet paintings, full of colorful flowers in the middle of nature? For, staying at Casa Letrigo is like living inside one of these works, but with the luxury of an infinity pool and breathtaking panoramic views! We celebrated our little girl's first year and everyone loved the space, both exterior and interior. We made barbecue on the charcoal grill, next to the living area and with direct access to the house, without the need to go from one side to the other. The exterior is well distributed, with the pool on a lower level, protected by balconies, perfect for the little ones. The non-slip floor was an excellent choice, ensuring safety. The outdoor bathroom was also a bonus, avoiding getting in with wet feet and allowing you to enjoy more of the garden. The kitchen was very well equipped, clean and organized. We were warmly welcomed and are already seeing new dates to return!

It was just beautiful and we would have preferred to extend. Every morning at nine Gloria brought us fresh rolls and sweet stuff , thank you so much We highly recommend this place.

Casa Ana Rosa is very well located, half way to Arcos de Valdevez - close to Vilela (a great entrance point of the ecovia) and the Sistelo. This makes it possible to get a quick trip to any of these destinations. The house, with a typical moth of the area, offers the necessary amenities for a large family (as was our case), with a good living and dining area (with the necessary utensils and appliances) and a floor with good 5 bedrooms. It has a large outdoor space, with a porch, garden, swimming pool. We chose to include breakfast service, always very well served, which made it a lot easier. Maria João Rodrigues is always attentive and worried that nothing is missing, thus combining the friendliness with availability in the best way possible. We spent an amazing five days on a big weekend, and we all wanted to try it again.
