There is one bedroom on the 1st floor and three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Large fridge with freezer, stove, coffee maker and microwave and most kitchen utensils such as cups and pots. New kitchen and internet/fiber in 2025. Mounted electric car charger that can be used for an additional fee. The porch is under construction, but not finished. Animals are unfortunately not allowed indoors.

On the ground floor there is an entrance with toilet, open kitchen-living room solution with dining area, sofa area, fireplace and exit to the porch, a bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The loft consists of a TV room with bunk beds and two bedrooms.
