Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed on the sleeping loft. The price includes bed linens and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Newly-built house with this guest apartment, solid material choices, tastefully and functionally decorated. Snowmobile, ski and hiking trails right outside the door that take you to the ski slopes. Magical view of the southern Årefjällen, beautiful lingonberry marsh outside the bedroom with double bed and view towards the top of Renfjället. The apartment has its own entrance, small patio and long narrow balcony facing south. The sleeping loft has a bedroom with a double bed and a separate part with a bed and a comfortable sitting area. Private ski storage.

A cozy living area features a light wood-paneled wall and large windows that provide a view of the surrounding greenery. A comfortable sofa is paired with a minimalist coffee table, and soft furnishings are arranged on the floor, creating an inviting space for relaxation.

Rent my newly-built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Perfect location for both winter and summer activities, with proximity to nature, ski slopes, hiking trails and restaurants.
