The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 metres from Lake Åresjön. There is a sauna 10 metres from the lake, and the VM8 ski slope is 200 metres away. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets NOT included. Two 90-cm beds. Good to know! The railway line is close by; trains can be heard a few times a day/in the evenings. The apartment has ski-in/ski-out with access to Åre's entire lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 meters to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with illuminated trails 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with most of what you need, as well as spices, flour, etc. We have an ironing board and iron.
