We rent out an apartment in Vålådalen in the Jämtland mountains, in connection with Vålådalens mountain station Here you live quietly and secludedly next to miles of cross-country trails, a smaller downhill slope and endless opportunities for nature experiences with excursion destinations in summer and winter. Activities such as cycling, mountain hiking, cross-country skiing, slalom, mountain biking, swimming in mountain lakes or just relaxing in the mountain environment. If you are car-borne, ski resorts such as Trillevallen, Edsåsdalen and Åre are also within a reasonable distance.

Timbered cottage on two floors, 2x16 sqm with 4 beds. Downstairs: Dining area, kitchenette with fridge and 2 hotplates, small countertop oven, microwave. Shower/toilet. Steep staircase to the upper floor, two sleeping areas, one with double bed, TV (SVT1, SVT2), DVD. Not full standing height on the entire upper floor due to sloping ceiling. No smoking. Close to nice mountain trails, well-prepared training trails, illuminated trails, ski slopes, ski rental, hotel and restaurant, bar, pool, gym. In Undersåker, 8 km from the cottage, there is a railway station, ICA Nära. Åre 20 km.

My age is 25 years. You'll love the location. It's quiet and you don't hear any traffic or anything else that disturbs. At the same time, you can walk to Åre's fantastic restaurants in just a few minutes. Park your car in your own parking lot because you can also quickly walk to the lift, train station, Ica. The apartment is fresh and smartly planned. The kitchen is newly renovated and contains everything you need. Cozy apartment in the middle of Edsåsdalen, Åre municipality

The mountain cabin has two apartments, the right one is inhabited by a family with children, and can sometimes be heard through. It is older standard but has everything needed; fridge/freezer, drying cabinet, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, 4 beds in bed and 1 sofa bed, toilet and shower with water heater. It is rented with self-catering and self-cleaning and you are expected to leave it in the same good condition as you found it. Consumables such as soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and cleaning agents are available. Bring towels and bed linens.

At the beach of Åresjön, next to Holiday Club, is our apartment that can be rented week 6, Sun-Sun. The apartment is 91 m2 and is furnished to a high standard with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed as well as a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide and a bed cabinet in the living room. The apartment accommodates a total of 5-7 people. Fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, wireless Wi-Fi, 2 toilets, one with sauna and shower, washing machine. Drying cabinet in the entrance. Bed linen, towels, tableware and final cleaning are included.

Ski In/Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system and about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over an hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski trails. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
