Relax with the whole family at this unique cabin, which has its own beach, jetty and sauna. The cabin is situated by the picturesque Lake Stora Lee, on the border with Sweden. Here, you can swim in the crystal-clear water, go on a leisurely canoe trip, go fishing by boat, or go hiking, running or cycling along the area's many trails and forest roads. It takes 20 minutes to get to Aremark town centre, where there are shops and a petrol station, and 45 minutes to get to Halden or Ørje. The journey to Oslo takes 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Big house with style

The main house at Søndre Hallesby is suitable for large families or friends who want to vacation together. The house/farm has a good atmosphere and a unique history that is well taken care of. Plenty of space/many living rooms and large pantry. The farm is located in the middle of Haldenvassdraget and the border lake Stora Lee. A well-developed forest road network provides unlimited opportunities for cycling and running in beautiful nature. Animals are not allowed. The place is not suitable for outdoor parties.

We rent a new and modern cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, suitable for 6 people. The cabin has good sun conditions throughout the day. It is a great place for lazy summer days with long breakfasts, a hike down to the beach for a swim, a boat ride with one of the boats (which is free to borrow). The cabin is very suitable for families, but also for adults who want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest. There are many nice hiking opportunities, outdoor activities and fishing opportunities in the area.

Klevtangen Cabin - the perfect getaway for two

Surrounded by the lake Store Erte on three sides, Klevtangen is an idyllic place for "twoness" close to nature. Here you can quickly get out for a walk, or enjoy the endless view of water and forest. Klevtangen is a forest cabin without electricity and water, and is located approx. 700 meters from the parking spot. Here you can stay in simple luxury, and deep in the forest! There is poor cellular service in the area, so here you can really relax.

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
